These terms govern use of the website at https://webworkbase.click and any chronology sheets, maps, or ledger templates supplied by Web Work Base. By continuing to browse, you accept them. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

Nature of the service

Web Work Base provides independent informational indexing of Marvel NFT comic storylines and optional local record-keeping guidance. It is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software in the sense described in the site footer. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform.

Acceptance

Reading pages, downloading publicly offered notes that we email after an offline agreement, or telephoning the desk constitutes acceptance of these terms for that activity.

Intellectual property

Site copy, table structures, and original index codes are owned by Web Work Base. MARVEL, character names, and related imagery remain trademarks and copyrighted works of their respective owners. We use such names only to identify storylines for review. You may not scrape this site to build a competing reprint archive of interiors we do not host.

Compatibility claims

References to Veve describe an external collectibles website. References to Binance describe optional spreadsheet column labels for personal cryptocurrency tracking files. Compatibility is not affiliation, certification, sponsorship, or partnership. Buttons labelled “Get it from Veve” are ordinary links to https://veve.me and do not download software from our servers.

Third-party services and external links

Fonts, image hosts, and outbound links (including veve.me) are outside our control. Their terms apply when you leave this site. We are not responsible for collectible purchases, account creation, or asset transfers on third-party platforms.

Liability

Index notes can be wrong. Drop titles change. Recap pages disagree. We do not warrant completeness. To the fullest extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, Web Work Base is not liable for lost collectibles, missed listings, or reading-group disputes arising from a sheet. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, which is the governing law position for this GB-based desk at Level 14, 57 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7EL.
