Refund Policy

Web Work Base does not sell tokens, downloadable installers, or collectibles through this website. There is no checkout basket here. This policy covers research work agreed by email or telephone and invoiced offline.

When money might change hands

If we agree a spine sheet, chronology match, event map, or ledger sitting, we may request a deposit or full fee by bank transfer using details sent in that correspondence. Until that agreement exists, you owe nothing.

If work has not started

A deposit for research that has not started is returned in full if you cancel by email to info@webworkbase.click, usually within ten working days of our receiving the cancellation.

If work has started

Once titles have been reviewed or a sitting has begun, we invoice for time already spent at the agreed rate and refund any unused deposit. Draft sheets already sent remain yours; we do not claw back files as a penalty.

If we cannot complete the sheet

If a drop title cannot be identified after a reasonable search, we stop and refund fees for unfinished portions. We will not invent issue numbers to close a file.

Digital notes

Index sheets are informational. We do not refund because a later official collected edition uses a different order, or because a marketplace listing changes.

Write to info@webworkbase.click or telephone +44 20 7946 9810. Include the date of the agreement and the storyline name on the sheet. This is not a consumer goods returns desk because we are not posting physical pamphlets from this site.
