Building a local ledger that does not act like a wallet

A chronology file can share a folder with household spreadsheets. It should not share credentials with anything that can move value.

Useful columns: drop title, spine number, crossover mark, jacket tag, date you read it, memo. If you already export personal cryptocurrency tracking CSVs, including files labelled for Binance compatibility, you may reuse the date header. That is stationery, not a live connection.
